In my capacity as an Independent Board member for Cross Keys Homes I regularly engaged with Lisa. She is a first class HR professional who was very well regarded throughout the organisation. I had the pleasure of providing Non Executive sponsorship for the people agenda and felt very confident of Lisa’s grasp of what needs to be done and the great strides she and her colleagues took to make Cross Keys a great organisation and place to work.
